Account Deletion — RiderGain

This page explains how to delete your RiderGain account, what data will be removed, and what information may be retained when required by applicable law.

Delete your account through the app

If you still have access to RiderGain:

1. Open the RiderGain app.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
3. Read and confirm the displayed warnings.
4. Authenticate again to confirm your identity.

After confirmation, RiderGain will begin the account deletion process.

The deletion will remove:

• Firebase Authentication account;
• RiderGain synchronized data;
• locally stored application data.

Web request

If you cannot access the application, send your request to:

support.ridergain@gmail.com

The request must be sent using the same email address associated with your RiderGain account.

For your security:

• provide only your registered email address;
• do not send your password;
• do not send authentication codes;
• do not send payment information.

When necessary, RiderGain may request additional verification to confirm account ownership before permanently deleting the account.

Data deleted

Account deletion may include:

• profile;
• authentication records;
• work sessions;
• financial records;
• vehicles;
• fuel records;
• recharge records;
• synchronized preferences;
• RiderGain Community profile;
• posts;
• comments;
• likes;
• blocked users;
• reports associated with the account;
• any other information exclusively related to your account.

Data retention

Some records may be retained only when required by law, court order, fraud prevention, platform security, or protection of RiderGain's legal rights.

Provider backups may remain temporarily stored until they automatically expire according to normal backup cycles.

Google Play subscriptions

Deleting your RiderGain account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Google Play.

If you have an active subscription, it must be canceled separately through Google Play.
